In 2005, Hanamahn rings started with the ingredients of fresh water pearls, coconut shells, colored wood and metal beads.  Today, larger fresh water pearls/coral/jade/abalone/turquoise/stone/silver + gold lockets are found in Hanamahn's mouth watering rings.
